Do you deliver outside Kota Kinabalu?
Yes — we deliver across all of Sabah including Tuaran, Penampang, Putatan, Kudat, Sandakan, and Tawau. Delivery within KK city is included on most orders; outside KK we quote based on distance.
Are samples free?
Small material chips are free in-store, and free by post within Sabah. For larger sample boards we charge a refundable deposit that we credit back to your final order.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. We've supplied single feature wall panels and full commercial fit-outs. Order what you actually need.
Do you handle installation?
Optional — we can arrange installation through our trusted contractor team, or you can use your own. Either way, we deliver materials packaged so nothing arrives damaged.
How fast is a quote?
Same day on WhatsApp for in-stock items. Within 24 hours for full project quotes that include delivery and optional installation.
Do you offer trade pricing for designers and contractors?
Yes. Show us your business registration once and you'll get our trade rate on every order — no need to re-negotiate per project.
